The Advising Center for all undergraduate CCI students is located in 2011 William Johnston Building (WJB) and is open virtually from 8am to 5pm and operates primarily on an appointment based system. Current students can make an appointment through Campus Connect which is accessible through Student Central. Non-FSU students may call or email for an appointment. Located in the bottom floor of the Shores Building, the CCI Help Desk provides technical support to the CCI computing community (students, faculty, and staff) while offering first-hand, learning experiences to the students who comprise the CCI Help Desk team. Telephone and walk-in support is open during business hours, but you may submit a ticket at any given time.

Found in the FSU Innovation Hub in the Louis Shores Building, the CCI HelpDesk is located right off of Landis Green and only minutes away from providing hands-on support when needed

The CCI HelpDesk provides technical support to our faculty, staff, and students via our Online Support Ticket System. The easiest way to get help is to send an email to support@cci.fsu.edu with a description of your request.

Seminole Productions is a professional live sports broadcasting, sports venue entertainment, and special event production department within the Florida State University’s College of Communication and Information.
